Rainbow Trout

I was attracted to the sunlight on the water surface and surrounding vegetation contrasted with the dark depths of water at this trout pond/creek at the High Desert Museum in Bend, Oregon.  Some children visited the pond with a guide who provided the children with food for the trout while I was painting and at this point, I reached for my camera.
